  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, ground beef, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Stir in the cheddar and mozzarella cheese, reserving a little for topping.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
