  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger, then pour over the chicken.
  4. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Cook for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve over cooked rice, garnished with green onions.
