1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
