  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup edamame
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the sauce.
  3. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, coat with panko breadcrumbs, and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and edamame.
  6. Assemble the bowls with rice, salmon bites, edamame, and drizzle with the sauce.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
