- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup banana pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup additional crushed vanilla wafers for topping
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix crushed vanilla wafers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Fold in whipped topping, followed by banana slices.
- In another bowl, whisk together banana pudding mix and milk until thickened. Fold this into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, sprinkle the additional crushed vanilla wafers on top.
