  • 10 slices of bread, cubed
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the cubed bread to the mixture and gently stir to combine.
  4. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the liquid.
  5. Grease a muffin tin and divide the bread mixture evenly into the cups.
  6. Drizzle the maple syrup over the top of each muffin.
