  • 2 cups pasta of choice
  • 1 cup whipped ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
