Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into heart shapes.
  3. Place a small spoonful of raspberry jam in the center of half of the hearts.
  4. Top with the remaining hearts and press the edges to seal.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
