Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine protein powder, cocoa powder, almond butter, honey, applesauce, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Microwave for 60-90 seconds, or until the brownie is set.
