This Hawaiian Roll Mini Grilled Cheese

A delicious twist on classic grilled cheese using Hawaiian rolls and turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add garlic powder and parsley.
  4. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and butter each side.
  5. Layer cheese and turkey bacon between the rolls.
  6. Place the sandwiches in the skillet, grilling until golden brown on each side.
  7. Remove from heat, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
  • For a spicy kick, add jalapeños.
