  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion over medium heat until the meat is cooked through.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
  4. Spread some enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill tortillas with beef mixture and cheese, then roll them up and place seam-side down in the dish.
  6. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly.
