Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper. Add to the skillet and scramble until fully cooked.
  4. Spread the cream cheese over the bottom of the slider buns and layer the sausage and egg mixture on top.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the fillings and cover with the tops of the buns.
  6. Place the sliders in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and sliders are hot.
