Thanksgiving Leftover Turkey Cranberry Sliders

  • 2 cups shredded leftover turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 slider buns
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded turkey with cranberry sauce.
  3. Cut slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the bun bottoms.
  5. Add turkey and cranberry mixture, then top with Swiss cheese.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns on and bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add spinach or arugula inside the sliders.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
