A delicious and fun twist on traditional tacos, these taco muffins are perfect for a family dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning, bell peppers, onions, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut it into small squares.
  5. Press the dough into a muffin tin and fill with the turkey mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add your favorite taco toppings before serving.
  • These muffins can also be frozen for later use.
