  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced sweet potatoes, crumbled turkey bacon, and chopped spinach.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the sweet potato mixture and stir to combine.
