  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  3. Scoop small portions of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
