Sweet Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Pour pineapple chunks and teriyaki sauce over the chicken.
  3. Add chopped bell peppers, garlic, ginger, and turkey bacon.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix everything in the sauce.
  6. Serve warm over rice or noodles.
