Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  7. Fold in the blueberries into the cream cheese mixture.
  8. To create the swirl, drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough and cream cheese mixture onto a baking sheet, then swirl together gently with a knife.
