Sweet and Spicy Garlic Steak Pasta

A delicious combination of sweet and spicy flavors in a hearty garlic steak pasta dish.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and garlic.
  3. Marinate the flank steak in the mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the marinated steak for 5-6 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  6. Slice the steak thinly.
  7. In a large bowl, combine the spaghetti, steak slices, olive oil, black pepper, green onions, and parsley.
  8. Toss to coat and serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust the level of sriracha according to your spice preference.
  • Leftover steak can be used in salads or sandwiches.
