Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, flour, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
  3. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.
