  • 1 pound steak
  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove steak and let it rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Cook pasta according to the package instructions, then drain.
  7. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and mix with butter and cheese.
  8. Slice the steak thinly and serve over pasta.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak for a few hours before cooking.
  • Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
