  • 1 cup diced bell peppers

  • 1 cup diced zucchini
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the vegetables until tender.
