- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 cups fish stock
- 1 pound white fish fillets, cut into pieces
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
