  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
  5. Shape the dough into balls and roll them in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
  6. Place the balls on a baking sheet and make an indentation in the center of each ball.
  7. Fill each indentation with chocolate chips.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let them cool before serving.
