  • 4 croissants
  • 8 ounces smoked salmon
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Slice croissants in half horizontally.
  2. Spread a layer of cream cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  3. Layer smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Sprinkle with capers and chopped dill.
  5. Add a slice of lemon on top.
  6. Top with the other half of the croissant and serve immediately.
