  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until they are pink and opaque.
  3. Warm corn tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  4. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas and topping with cabbage, pico de gallo, and cilantro.
  5. Squeeze lime juice over the tacos before serving.
