  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pita breads
  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • ½ cup carrots, shredded
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. While the chicken is baking, mix the shredded cabbage, carrots, ranch dressing, and parsley in a bowl to make the slaw.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve the sliced chicken in pita breads topped with the herby ranch slaw.
