Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 200 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 200 grams crab meat
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, bell pepper)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and green onions, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Stir in shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  4. Add crab meat and mixed vegetables; stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. Push ingredients to one side and pour in the beaten egg, scrambling it until cooked.
  6. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and mix everything together well.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions.
