- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in buttermilk until just combined, then turn out onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Roll out the dough and cut into rounds. Place on a baking sheet.
