  • 1 cup shredded chicken ham
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken ham, turkey bacon, cheese, and green onions to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into each cup.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the tops are golden.
