  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in the cooked macaroni and half of the cheddar cheese into the beef mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
