  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.
  3. After the oven is heated, place the butter in a cast-iron skillet and put it in the oven until melted.
  4. Pour the batter into the skillet once the butter is melted and then sprinkle the cheddar cheese and turkey bacon on top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, slice and serve immediately.
