Sausage, Egg, and Cream Cheese Hashbrown Casserole

A hearty and delicious breakfast casserole featuring sausages, eggs, and cream cheese mixed with hashbrowns.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 bag frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
  4. Add the cooked sausage, hashbrowns, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, use spicy sausage.
  • This casserole can be made ahead of time and baked in the morning.
