  • 12 sliders Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove from heat.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, and onion powder. Scramble the eggs in a non-stick skillet until fully cooked.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and layer the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Add a layer of sausage, followed by the scrambled eggs, and top with cheddar cheese slices.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on and brush with melted butter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
