Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast Rolls

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to dough package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and add them to the skillet, cooking until scrambled.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted.
  5. Roll out the crescent roll dough and place the sausage and egg mixture in the center of each triangle.
  6. Roll up the dough and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake according to package instructions until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add spices to the egg mixture.
  • These rolls can be made ahead and reheated.
