  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats and chopped pecans.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix maple syrup, coconut oil, sea salt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until the oats and pecans are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
