- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add salmon fillet and cook until flaky, then remove from pan.
- In the same pan, add spinach and sauté until wilted.
