Salmon and Spinach Fettuccine

A creamy and delightful dish combining salmon and spinach with fettuccine.

  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add salmon fillet and cook until flaky, then remove from pan.
  4. In the same pan, add spinach and sauté until wilted.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and garlic powder, stirring to combine.
  6. Add cooked fettuccine and salmon back into the pan, mixing everything well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.

  • This dish can be garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
