  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan.
  2. Mix the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs in a bowl.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  4. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.
  5. Once cooled, poke holes into the cake using a fork.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and coconut cream.
  7. Pour the mixture over the cooled cake, allowing it to soak in.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
