- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing, for dipping
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce, optional
