  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing, for dipping
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
