- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons relish
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the balls are baking, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and hot sauce in a small bowl for the dipping sauce.
- Serve Reuben balls warm with the Spicy Thousand Island Dipping Sauce.
