Randy's Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna

A delicious and easy slow cooker recipe that layers ravioli with cheese and marinara for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer 1/3 of the marinara sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Place half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  3. Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the ravioli.
  4. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers, finishing with marinara sauce and remaining cheeses on top.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the ravioli is heated through and the cheese is melted.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, mix some fresh herbs into the ricotta.
  • Feel free to add cooked ground beef or sausage for a meatier version.
