Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  3. In another large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugars, butter, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
