  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the cake mix, pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool slightly, then poke holes all over the surface with a fork.
  6. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the cake, allowing it to soak in.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
