Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, vanilla, and spices, mixing until combined.
  4. Gradually add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
