- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; mix well and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the pumpkin puree and sugar, then mix until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
