  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, milk, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Add in the cubed bread and stir until well combined. If using, fold in the raisins.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
