  • 5 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in the cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, and herbs.
  6. Pour the mixture into the pastry crust.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
