Pimento Cheese Hash Brown Casserole

A delicious twist on a classic dish featuring creamy pimento cheese and crispy hash browns.

  • 1 pound frozen hash browns
  • 8 ounces pimento cheese
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine frozen hash browns, pimento cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well and spread evenly in a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped green onions on top before serving.
  • Can be made a day ahead and reheated in the oven.
