  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp and season with cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook shrimp until pink and opaque, about 4–5 minutes.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in another skillet or microwave.
