  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
  3. Press half of the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over the crust, then layer the diced peaches on top.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the peaches.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
